Solitary Flights

One of the greatest places on earth is up in the air, especially by yourself.  On my long 15 hour flight back to Toronto, I had a chance to just sit back and enjoy the view as my thoughts drowned in the loud roaring sound of the engine.  Flying over the Yukon at dawn, I waited for the sun to rise.  It was one of the most beautiful things I've seen.  As the sun came out, the sky lit up and the white fluffy clouds began to cast large shadows on the land below.  This alternate perspective from above made me realize how much of our world we overlook each day.
